Pathways is a 501(c)(3) non profit and a doggy daycare and boarding facility that blends dog care with community inclusion by offering hands-on job training for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our dogs benefit from diverse, compassionate caregivers, and our clients help foster real, respectful interactions that normalize disabilities and deepen connections.
Pathways welcomes individuals of all abilities to gain real-world job experience in a supportive, person-centered environment. Through active roles in our fully operational doggie daycare, participants build practical skills in communication, customer service, and animal care—empowering them for future employment while fostering connection and inclusion.
Our pack includes dogs of all breeds and sizes who enjoy daycare, boarding, enrichment, and grooming in a safe, engaging environment. With outdoor space to explore, a dedicated small dog area, and daily interaction with people of all abilities, our dogs thrive socially, emotionally, and physically—building confidence, joy, and connection every day.
